Raz is incredibly helpful and professional. Also, the showroom is always clean and calm and you never see groups of sales people talking/swearing, as I have encountered in other showrooms (not MINI).

Not only did they fix my lights, they hoovered my untidy car for me, let me use a quiet corner of their showroom facilities so I could work whilst I waited. And let me know one of my tyres was on it's way out. Outstanding service - unbeatable.
