Sam, Raz, keane and the team were extremely helpful and professional. There were some issues with production and delivery from Mini Uk, which led to delays. The team ensured they communicated with me at all times and provided acceptable solutions.

Not only was the car taken care of, so was I. Coffee made for me and brought to me along with fresh milk in a jug whilst I waited, and by the same person who checked in my car. Impressive!

Staff very helpful. Solved an issue we had with alerts on the dashboard which were incorrect. We were slightly disappointed that the mini section has been incorporated with other cars- it does not have the same calm feel we experienced.

My car service was 9-30 and the mechanic started on the car at that time. They said it would take an hour and at 10-30 the car was ready. Very impressed.

The tyre put on was a different size which made the car pull to the left. Once they got a replacement tyre there was no-one to fit so had to wait another day. Then on the fitting day they changed the appointment to later in the day!!

When I booked the car for the MOT I was told there was not service requirements after giving the details of the car. When I came to drop the car off I was advised there was an oil service and micro filters the car did not say this was due?

My alarm recently fitted by BMW MINI was under warranty and faulty, I was asked to pay for my diagnostic and a wiring lume, that they thought were faulty. Neither fixed my alarm. I was told then i had to pay a further £600 for another fix- GAME OVER

Having seen my car (flat tyre)taken away on transporter my mini centre phoned me as soon as they had the car, with clear details for collection. I was told it was pot hole damage & questioned it further. That same person then found out it was nail.

We had a wait appointment at 1pm for a first oil change, I was told that my car would go straight into the garage when we arrived and would be completed within an hour. The car was sat outside the garage for 50 minutes. It took in total 2-3 hours.

Staff very helpful but you still have my car so can't give 6 stars. They are in communication with your technical people and trying to solve the problems. My car is under warranty some have one of your loan cars.

Visit was for MoT. The car passed okay and was completed within the promised timeframe (1.5hrs). However, disappointed to find that the service reminder wasn't reset, so displayed warning message next day, so had to figure out how to do this myself.

The part service and MOT were completed with recommendations for checks in the future! We were taken to Lytham and brought back to pick up the Mini. Perhaps we could have been warned about the change of building before we arrived!!
