From first entering the showroom Megan was great . Showed us around the car , booked us a test drive . Answered all our questions . It was so easy to order with her . She kept us informed of delivery times . Great experience overall

When I booked the car for the MOT I was told there was not service requirements after giving the details of the car. When I came to drop the car off I was advised there was an oil service and micro filters the car did not say this was due?

I have nothing to say. The process was a little delayed but that was by no fault of the salesman or Lloyds MINI Blackpool themselves. They constantly kept me up to date via email so I knew what to expect.
