We are absolutely thrilled with our new Mini Countryman! We are really impressed with how much room there is inside and in the boot. It feels so indulgent and luxurious to travel in. Switching to an automatic was a breeze (no sluggishness at all).

I asked for my tyre pressures to be done as the machine and car don't relate on tyre pressures after pumping them up at home. Found today an attemtion notice for my tyres and their pressures were way down,hence 4 stars. Battery was also not checked .

Tried to talk me through how much it was going to cost me to replace the part. I had to tell the chap it was under warranty. My husband came with me as you didn't offer me a courtesy car (good job I had a chauffeur) Please be better. Thank you.

The service is great but the cost is an absolute disgrace. I doubt we'll be buying another Mini next time around as EVERYTHING is more expensive and it's just not worth it any more.

I'd taken my car back to the Centre after being informed the brakes need replacing. I was told I could wait, as it would only need a two-hour appointment, so I waited...and waited for four hours! Not good!

Arranged MOT service and I would be waiting to collect my car I was advised it would take 90 minutes and was told to arrive at 12 pm I was then told it would not arranged for a 90 minute collection and we take longer perhaps 2.30 but left at 4 pm !

I contacted Lloyds on Tues for quote to replace my clutch,they provided this the same day and it included a MINI a discount on parts. They confirmed a courtesy car on Wed and my car was repaired on the Thurs. All sorted in 3 days.

Staff very helpful. Solved an issue we had with alerts on the dashboard which were incorrect. We were slightly disappointed that the mini section has been incorporated with other cars- it does not have the same calm feel we experienced.

My car service was 9-30 and the mechanic started on the car at that time. They said it would take an hour and at 10-30 the car was ready. Very impressed.
