We were introduced to Keane, he was very thorough in guiding us through the Motability Scheme. At the Handover he explained everything regarding the working of the car and offered support if we need it at a later date.

I contacted Lloyds on Tues for quote to replace my clutch,they provided this the same day and it included a MINI a discount on parts. They confirmed a courtesy car on Wed and my car was repaired on the Thurs. All sorted in 3 days.

Everything went to plan. I booked time slot and this was stuck to. It was pleasant waiting as drinks and biscuits were provided. The staff were lovely and my car was cleaned.

Staff very helpful. Solved an issue we had with alerts on the dashboard which were incorrect. We were slightly disappointed that the mini section has been incorporated with other cars- it does not have the same calm feel we experienced.

The tyre put on was a different size which made the car pull to the left. Once they got a replacement tyre there was no-one to fit so had to wait another day. Then on the fitting day they changed the appointment to later in the day!!

When I booked the car for the MOT I was told there was not service requirements after giving the details of the car. When I came to drop the car off I was advised there was an oil service and micro filters the car did not say this was due?

My alarm recently fitted by BMW MINI was under warranty and faulty, I was asked to pay for my diagnostic and a wiring lume, that they thought were faulty. Neither fixed my alarm. I was told then i had to pay a further £600 for another fix- GAME OVER

Having seen my car (flat tyre)taken away on transporter my mini centre phoned me as soon as they had the car, with clear details for collection. I was told it was pot hole damage & questioned it further. That same person then found out it was nail.
