I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was unable to collect the car on the agreed date as not all the paperwork had been emailed through in time for me to sign. I cannot access personal emails during my working hours.

My car was washed but not very well and hoovered but still dirt under mats. I wasn't expecting a full valet, but I expected more than what I got.

As mentioned the buying process with Emily was fantastic and pain free, the issue with the gearbox was the unfortunate but dealt with in a very positive and professional manner, a hire car was given to me straight away so it made the situation easier

I dropped my car in at Lloyd's servicing at 8.30 am on a Saturday expecting to have to call back at 1pm, but to my surprise was contacted before 10.15 to say the car was ready. Very happy with this service.
