    From the minute I walked into the showroom everyone I meet was really lovely, I never felt pressured and the staff were always attentive and very helpful. I was always offered a tea or coffee or even a cold drink.

    Peter and Alison went to great lengths to sort out an insurance problem so that I didnt have to come back the next day. The insurers at RSA were not very helpfull till one who new their job sorted it

    I felt when I had my BMW 1 series convertable via bowker preston that their level of service could not be surpassed, however lloyd's have suprised me, Everyone seems to take a pride in the vehicles, they look after and want to put their customers

    Due to a corrosion issue with the engine, the mini required a lot of work to be carried out. We really appreciate that Mini covered 100 of the cost of parts and 50 of the labour.

    My car needed heater motor replacing February. Asked if first service could be completed at same time but key fob indicated this could not be carried out until March. Duly booked another appointment only to find out service was completed in Februar

Our technicians were able to complete the repairs on your MINI as well as its first service in one visit on 13th February; however in order to replace your wheel arch a second visit was required.
