As stated above after sales is horrendous and Im now left with a £30,000 brand new car with excess of 40 scratches that have been previously buffed out and a door thats got touch up paint on aswell as the scratches wheel arches etc.
Nothing is too much trouble for Sam Woolcock and is always done promptly
No fuss, service completed in good time, car valeted (although they did miss the centre of the roof! No drama!), pleasant staff, great showroom and coffee. Thanks

My only gripe was the courtesy valet because all previous times it was faultless. This time it looked as if the cloth used to wipe the interior needed changing because it left smears. To be fair I have the piano black trim which shows dirty easily!

The car was Mot promptly whilst I waited and the replacement tyre I needed was ordered for the next morning . With the new tyre fitted , the wheels were reconfigured to put the best matching tyres on the front as I had asked . Car washed & valeted .
