OUR COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE.

Our goal is to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied with any product or service they receive from us, but we do understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you have a concern or are dissatisfied in any way, we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation in a fair and transparent way. Any concerns raised will be fully investigated and we will promptly respond.


There are two ways you can raise an issue;

IN-CENTRE
